The Dirty Dog Cafe started with a simple rule: the topping bar should be more exciting than the entrée. We grill dogs, load baked potatoes, and mix dirty sodas the way a dive bar mixes a drink — a little too generous, exactly the way you'd want it. No fine dining pretense, just a proper mess done right.
